This is the C compiler formerly published by Digital Precision Ltd.

As their rights to it have now expired, the author Gerry Jackson has given me
permission to make it freely available via my website.

The package is still copyright of Gerry Jackson, but is being made available as
freeware. In other words, you can use it and copy it freely on a non-profit
basis and acknowledge Gerry as the author.

As the sources for this are still available to the author, he hopes that in time
it may be recompiled and updated. For now, we have no electronic version of the
manual (if anyone does, and copyright permits, I would be very happy to receive
a copy to include with this package.
